Perfect Fit Promise

Every set is shaped and finished by hand, so we want it to fit like it was made for you. If it doesn't, tell us. We'll fix it.

If a few nails don't fit

This is the most common one. Nine nails sit perfectly and one is a little wide or a little narrow.

1. Email us at jian@youareangel.shop within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. Send a photo of the nails laid over your fingers, and tell us which fingers need a different size.
3. We'll make those nails again in the size you need and post them to you free of charge.

Replacement nails are handmade to match your set, so please allow 5–7 working days for us to make them, plus delivery. This is once per order, and it applies even if you've already tried the set on.

If the whole set is the wrong size

If you haven't worn the set and it's still in its box with the tabs unused, we'll swap it for another size.

1. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
2. We'll reply with where to post it. Please wait for our reply before sending anything.
3. Once it arrives, we'll send your new size with free tracked shipping.

If something arrives damaged

Hand-sculpted flowers and pearls are secure, but parcels travel a long way. If a detail has come loose, or a nail is cracked or chipped when you open the box, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll remake the damaged nails for free. You don't need to send anything back.

What we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept a full set back once it has been worn or has had adhesive on it. You can still ask us to remake any nails that don't fit, as described above.

We'll reply within 24 hours

We read every message ourselves. You'll hear back from us within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.

Getting the size right first time

• Our Size Guide takes about two minutes and is the best way to choose.
• If a finger sits between two sizes, choose the smaller one. It looks more natural and holds better.
• Not sure? Send us a photo of your hand next to a ruler and we'll tell you which size to order.
