Shipping Policy

Every set is handmade and packed by us. Here's how it gets to you.

Free tracked shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Every parcel is sent with tracking.

Delivery time

Your nails will arrive in 10–14 working days from the day you order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes 2–3 days for us to finish and pack your set.

If you choose a size marked Preorder, we make it by hand just for you. Please allow 5–7 extra working days.

If your order has a Preorder size and a ready-made size, we'll normally send everything together once it's all ready. Sometimes we post items separately so you get them sooner, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

We'll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. It can take 24–72 hours for the first update to appear.

Customs and duties

Depending on where you live, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer. Most orders arrive without any extra charge.

Check your address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your parcel hasn't left yet.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after the expected date, or tracking says it was delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund if it can't be found.

If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll remake the damaged nails for free. See our Perfect Fit Promise.

Busy seasons

Around Black Friday and Christmas, carriers are busier and delivery can take a little longer. We'll post our last order date for Christmas delivery on the site in good time.
