Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $69 USD. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will apply at checkout depending on your region.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe & UK: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking link to update.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at jian@youareangel.shop. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and provide a solution where possible.
Pre-orders & Split Shipments
Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are available unless otherwise stated. We may ship items separately at our discretion to speed up delivery.
