General Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason (such as sizing issues or a manufacturing defect), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, attempted resizing, or exposure to adhesives/chemicals.
- Proof of Defect: If you are returning due to a quality issue (e.g., a 3D flower detached during shipping), please include a photo of the damage with your return request. This helps us improve our craftsmanship.
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the hygienic nature of nail products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made to your specific measurements or design requests are final sale.
- Sale Items: Gift cards and items purchased during a "Final Sale" promotion are non-refundable.
- Used Products: Any set that has been tried on, sized, or exposed to glue/adhesive.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at jian@youareangel.shop with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".
- Provide Details: Let us know the reason for your return and include any relevant photos (e.g., sizing issue, damage upon arrival).
- Receive Authorization: We will respond in 2-3 business days with instructions on where to send the return. Please do not ship your item back before receiving a return authorization.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style (subject to availability), the fastest way is to return the original item following the process above and make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jian@youareangel.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
